King Crab Belleville

I placed an order online, went to pick it up and they were closed. Called multiple times over the course of three days and never got a response. The charge still processed on my credit card. Even though they never opened and I never received my food. If you are not open, you should not allow orders to be placed online. I view this as theft and I expect my money back.

My fiancé placed an online order on Wednesday through their website, when he went to go pick it up they were closed. No one answered the phone when he called. So he went back up there the next day and STILL closed. I don’t understand why you guys still have the option to place an online order and take our money If you’re permanently closed. It’s low key stealing and seafood isn’t cheap.

I ordered the fish basket and the shrimp ? basket. They both were cooked to perfection. Not overcooked. Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Restaurant was clean and cozy. A must try. Will definitely be going back probably tomorrow ?. Forgot to take pics. Are the food to quickly. Lol next time

This was my go-to seafood boil place. The food is delicious!! The bags were better when they first opened, what what they have now is good but they were definitely trying harder in the beginning totally 5. I 'm sure that 's with any restaurant. The reason I say this was my go-to seafood boil place is because of a small mix-up that happened. Basically I received the wrong order and because I opened it an hour later, non-sober, I wasn 't able to take it back up for a replacement. I know that 's normally how they like to do it. But I called and they were willing to give me the meal again on another day!!! I 've tried TWO TIMES to get this rectified and no one could help me, I just didn 't understand. It takes a note or a conversation with a co-worker. Basically it 's on principle. I have spent a lot here and it was a simple communication issue. I will try another place but I can 't say I won 't be back. Just CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!!

Best crab boil I've had in the Midwest. Great options. Generous on the seafood. Amazing as both dine-in and carry-out. The place is an unassuming strip mall joint, but they have legit food as long as your stomach can handle lots of butter and oil : Our go-to for family birthdays has been to carry out the Super Seafood Combo. It feeds 6-8 people easily, and the leftovers are great to turn into dishes like seafood pasta or risotto. Get some garlic bread or hush puppies to help soak up the delicious broth that will be around your seafood. I will be going back here, both in-person and carry-out, as often as my wallet and arteries can handle it. Eventually I may try some of their healthier items, but today is not that day.
