The Sandbar Waterfront Grill

Great food. great menu. great service. mackenzie was our very knowledgeable server. everyone was so happy with his choices. beautiful atmosphere. would like to come back in summer as the restaurant has a great view of the water.

We celebrated a small jubilee and rolled up at 7:30 a.m. on a Wednesday night in the sandbar, hoping for “not terrible”. we have excellent. our server, omar, has given us the feeling as if we were the high point of his day. both the bark and the squid and chips were some of the best we've ever eaten. (shout to the chef who made his first solo shift! the koleslaw was crispy and full of taste, and the chips were extra crispy, as desired. we will come back!

I thought we were going to dinner early on Saturday, as we had no reservation, but I think they must be someone to get a proper seat. women met us before the door at 16:14 clock and asked us if we. a reservation. we said no and was told that the place was all booked on a new terrace outside the harbour. I was somewhat surprised as there was not one person on this terrace, but it was said there was only one table closest to the parking available. we took this table and ordered every drink and ten minutes later we ordered our dinner. the meal was ok, not very large portions, but was ok. we were there over an hour and only two other tables had customers with them when we were gone. my wife had to go to the bathroom when we were gone, so I paid the bill and waited for it. She came back and told me the outside terrace in the “privileged terrace” and within the restaurant was only full over the half. I was a bit surprised and I guess the customers who had made reservations at any time from 17 o'clock had tables for them for the night will not go back.

First visit from the city with friends and it won't be our last. large selection of items on their menu. that was our server and mentioned that the parts were quite large. it seemed to take a long time to get our food, but we were not in a hurry, so we were not worried. but I wonder how the service will be when the place is full and the weather is nice coming next spring and summer. they look forward to an external culinary experience when we return in the early years.

Had lunch on the patio at the Sandbar Waterfront Grill . Excellent experience! Staff was very welcoming the service was excellent . The food was great (try the perch). We’ll be back!
