My pizza was marked as delivered, but I had not received it yet, so I called to see what happened she apologised for the inconvenience gave me a voucher for my next order. When I ordered the next time, I got a paprika pizza instead of just cheese, so I called to make it new, she apologized several times when it offered me a dessert for the inconvenience, we refused the dessert, but were remarkable of her offer.
Places my order around 12, 17 minutes later they are an hour and 15 minutes later they are still prepping I called Kevin (the Rude Manager) to ask what's going on and my order is still in the store and he told me I had to wait almost an hour until a cold pizza to my house, that's 5 minutes away... dang near three hours for a CHEESE pizza! This is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had and I don't have my pizza to finish it!!!
I order from this store for two years now I'm in. From the extremely long delivery times until my orders are always incorrect. How do you confuse Jp (jalapeños) for Mu (MUSHROOMS I fn hase mushrooms) on the order screen? I just picked up my order...12 medium-sized hand sat Pizzaw/alfredo sauce1⁄2 Ham/Spinach1⁄2 Chicken/Jalapeños16 pieces Garlic Parm Bread Bites2 Garlic Sauces1 Ranch....but of course....YET AGAIN, wrong pizza. I have 1⁄2 Chicken/MUSHROOMS instead of 1⁄2 Chicken/Jalapeños. Worse, it's not even busy. Only 3 commands were done, no commands on the screen I picked up on a Tuesdsy at 11:10. WALKED 20 MINUTES only my free medium pizza with the points I earned officially wasted, AGAIN, for the most silly mess. And to think that I worked 11 years as GM for Papa Johns 21⁄2 Assistant GM for Dominoes, I would be more considerate, but not after walking in this way. I just want my 60 points back? The pizza is not even fresh. Guaranteed this skin sat on the rack well over 30 minutes.
Make an order at 6. It's 8:15 and I haven't got my order yet. I wanted to call since 7 and not a person picked up the phone. That's ridiculous.
