Last weekend, we celebrated our wedding at the “Heidekoch” restaurant with 37 people: a grand garden party in the afternoon and an unforgettable live hooking event with Phillip Anders and his team. Phillip bakes, grills and cooks mainly with regional products. Everything fresh, crisp, and with great attention to detail. In the best case, he in his herbal garden feeds the herbs for his homemade lemonades. On his forged fire ring he is a pardoned live cook for meat, vegetables, cheese and even sweets. Our squirrel with potato tamph and flower-plant salad were the hit. And then the quartets, the cream of Brulée and the midnight Solijanka. True taste explorations. The “Heidekoch” resides with its forest restaurant in the Dahlener Heide (Sachsen). Five small cottages on the grounds, a fancy garden in vintage style. Not perfectly styled. Rather lovingly spoiled and decorated with pieces of view from old times. The heart of everything is the small restaurant with bar and the outdoor live hooking area. The team is all about sympathetic, uncomplicated and not to get out of peace. They all stayed on the carpet. Wishes are not only fulfilled, but premonitioned. Here is a big initiative. Even the small champagne reception in front of the registry office was a hit. Great that with a few vintage wooden boxes, wooden folding tables and one, two, three decorative pieces you can create such a tasteful champagne bar. Absolutely relaxing was the fact that the three dogs of our guests and 15 foreigners came to the small huts on the grounds. Everything cozy and without problems. In short, we do not understand how to have stress when planning a wedding party.

We've been to the heat cook several times now and it wasn't just a tasteful experience every time. The dishes are all very delicious and very lovingly decorated. The location is also very personal, cozy and quiet in the forest. For everyone who is looking for a little relaxation and relaxation just the right one. Attention: There are no curry sausages with pommes and also no Wiener Schnitzel, but own creations of the cook (which taste fantastic). Eat a bit like a star chef. Prices are very good!

On 6.10.2017 I celebrated my birthday in Melpitz/ Dorfgemeinschaftshaus. I had chosen a BBQ in the form of live cooking before my guests.My about 50 guests were delighted.
