Tim Hortons - Belfountain Canada

Ordered French vanilla, she said no then agreed to make in 5 minutes, she supposed to deliver my order in parking lot , but have to wait 5-6 minutes in drive thro , long line behind me was waiting,…. Coffee was just like warm water.Very disappointing unprofessional

Hi Tim hortons, fast service is better than slow service. yes..... But good customer service is all that matters. DO BETTER.

It’s a tims, exactly what you’re expecting. Bathrooms are clean and spacious, but get busy.

This is the worst location ever. They are rude rushing people in the drive thru. They lie and scream “next order” even when there is no one else in the drive thru just to get rid of you. They never bake enough and are always running out of stuff plus they NEVER get your order right. Coffee lids are not put on properly that I have burnt myself. I was told in the past that they do not make chai tea lattes even though other locations do. Finally straightened that out with owners then I go place an order and the add coffee to my chai tea latte telling me this is the normal. Just aweful. I have complained in the past to owners but nothing was ever done. Corporate office needs to be involved as this location gives Tim Hortons a bad rap.

They should have head office come see how fast they can make a sandwich. Literally, the fastest Tim's iv been to.
