Worst customer service ever! I called to enquire today about chaat papdi. The employee I spoke with didn’t confirm and placed the order. Hours later they’re calling me to pick up an order I didn’t even place. Why should i pick up stale chaat that i don’t need until evening?I called later that day and placed theorder for chaat pick up. They wanted me to pick up the orde they’d prepared hours ago with all ingredients already mixed. I spoke with the rudest person ever as she hung up on me mid conversation. When my husband went to pick up the order, they intentionally made him wait half an hour for an order that was placed half an hour ago. A total of one hour wait for preparing few plates of chaat.Instead of accepting their mistake and preparing the order when it placed in the evening, they waited until it was paid and intentionally made us wait longer. The ladies behind the counter were rude and unprofessional.We’re paying full price for something and we expect good service atleast professionalism from the servers.The quality of food is good however because of such bad customer service we wont be eating from this place again.

I visited this Indian restaurant recently and, unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with the food. The chicken tikka masala tasted like tomato puree and ketchup, and it was extremely sour. The panner labandar dish also had an overpowering sourness. In the end, we couldn't finish the food and had to opt for homemade roti instead. I hope the restaurant can work on improving the flavors of their dishes. Disappointing experience.

Probably the worst food we have ever tried. Terrible quality and taste.. despite ordering 10 or more items from the menu, only garlic naan was good. And the whole restaurant has only two high chairs.

Day by day their service is getting bad . Placed order from home still waited almost 45 mins to receive order Another day Received wrong order paid for naan received rotis . When called no one even have audacity to apologize rather girls would ignore you . Worst customer service ever. Owner should train the staff to how to treat and service the customers.

I want to begin with the staff us so rude and unwelcoming. The food had no taste to it we ordered dal tadka and paneer. They are not aware for their own drinks. The tandoori roties was so hard it was more hard then papads and unchewable. When we tell the staff the girl said its okay. Will not recommend it for dinein. However, their samosa and tea is good .
