Please check your receipts , I i’m new to the area and recently discovered Mancinis. I Was very excited to place my first order which was some arancini balls with Napoletana sauce and other items. I’m not too excited about the sauce. For my next order, I rang the store to see if I could get bosciaola sauce instead of the Napoletana and I was told I could. There was no mention of extra charge etc. When I picked up my arancini balls, there was only one sauce. I have done this for five tiles before one night. I just ordered the Arancini balls and nothing else and questioned why my bill came to $28.. Apparently it is $18 for Arancini balls with a red sauce, but if you want extra sauce it is an extra $10. This is not mentioned to me when I called the store To place my order or any time when I picked up my orders.. It was also noted that I never received the two sauces.. So I’m paying $18 for arancini balls and sauce plus an extra $10 for an extra sauce . So I’m paying for two sauces which I did not receive. When I spoke to the lady on the register, she did not understand my point and informed me that a manager would call me following day. I informed her I was not happy and that they had blatantly ripped me off. It has now been three days, and I have still not heard from them. I would not recommend this place, and if you do carefully check your receipts. They are a rip off and their food is not that good. Service: Take out Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
