Bidra med feedbackI absolutely loved the customer service at this restaurant. The staff asked for my name and it was Mongkul. They were very friendly and recommended delicious food. When I asked for a recommendation, they suggested the lemongrass beef noodle salad. I will definitely be returning to this shop and thank you for the red bag!
On Saturday (13 January 2018), Rôll’d Vietnamese opened in Westfield Belconnen. There was a good amount of lunch. I wanted to expose my low life for a Bânh mì. I chose a pig belly sandwich with extra and a bottle of water. The baguette was beautiful, the pig was tender and the spicy flavors were really good. It was worth getting the chili. While I know there are better custom made Vietnamese sandwich bars in Canberra, the convenience of Rôll'd probably win me over I guess. I guess I'll be a regular customer.
The banh mi at this restaurant is below average, with bland meat and unrecognizable pate or mayo, making it unappealing. It's definitely not recommended. However, the standout item is the ice cream coffee, which is delicious and a great value.
I often bought cold rolls here, but the last few times I noticed that the portions are increasingly stingy. I got a prawn and pork cold roll today with 1.5 prawns and a tiny amount of pork. Quite disappointed as they are not cheap. Don't get back to the Belconnen business.
The young girls working at this restaurant today at 6:50 pm were extremely rude and appeared to have little to no training in customer service. They lacked manners in their interactions with customers. Not only was the server rude while taking our order, but she also rudely refused to provide a forgotten hot sauce for a meal, stating it would cost 50 cents and the kitchen was closed. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this establishment. Despite previously giving them a 5-star review, I can no longer recommend this restaurant to others due to the disrespectful attitude of the staff. The photos posted online do not accurately represent the current experience at this restaurant.
