Starbucks - Bel Air

A counter service with a few seats facing a wall does not make “a Starbucks”. Didn’t know that Starbucks would allow its name in such a buy-and-go-away such set/up.

Normally thus place is great. But when I order a Venti Frapp with espresso and NO WHIP CREAM. Don 't put whip cream in the BOTTOM of my cup and tons on top. $8 for a drink just to toss it in the trash. And then when I asked you about it say oh maybe the whip settled at the bottom ....not within 3mins of you making it, or through ice and it still be fluffy. It was a simple drink ??

I wait for like 15min and no one come its very bad please dont come here

Whenever I go to safeway i go to Starbucks but the employees are so rude. They recently hired a new girl who doesn’t know what she is doing. She saw me waiting for her on register but she didn’t come to tale my order. She was so rude and made me wrong drink. She even touched the whipped cream when she was putting it on drink.

They are very friendly and they have great customer service I go there once in a while it's great because they know me and my family
