Chick-fil-a - Bel Air

What can I say? Like most Chick fil A, the food is consistently good, and the service is great. Dinged the restaurant a star because the flow of traffic in the lot is a little wonky.

Here is what my $11 meal was for me today 3/12/23: bread was falling to pieces the entire time I was eating it. Talked to staff manager, I did retain his name, he had two new sandwiches made since first sandwiches were cold. Now, if this sandwich was freshly made, why was the bread falling apart? bacon was sticking to cheese, and the chickenwas sticking to the bread and breaking apart. I will not come back to this location. This sandwich was warmer, and bread was literally sticking to my fingers. Customer Service was not friendly at all ... until one lady behind the counter greeted us like we were worth the money and brought us new food that got cold waiting on the sandwiches.Parking: It is very difficult to maneuver in this parking lot. We definitely need courtesy at this location.Wheelchair accessibility: Curb side wheelchair access all around.

I am very disappointed in my trip to the Bel Air location this evening! I live in Abingdon, but their location has been temporarily closed for about a month now! I drove to Bel Air just for that reason! I used to love their Mac and Cheese! But the last few times that I have been there!!! The Mac and Cheese has not been that good at all! The cheese was seriously lacking! I had to put my own cheese in my Mac and Cheese the last time. I would have did the same thing this time too! If I had bought my food home!

Chick-fil-A is good. I enjoyed Chick-fil-A, but their prices are going up pretty high like everywhere else. They are taught and trained to treat everybody the same and I like that.

The worst Chick-fil-a around. If you DoorDash don't expect to get your whole order. If you go there to pickup the parking lot is a nightmare. The inside is always a wreck. It's just terrible.
