Burger King - Bel Air

Food fresh, order correct. Fast service. Nice people

The person taking my order at the drive threw was amazing! His name was Alex and he was very polite and patient with us we had a few people order in the car so of course that can some times overwhelming but not for Alex he listened and answered all of our questions about the menu. I dont do surveys alot but I cant tell you the last time I have had amazing customer service like that. Alex has impeccable customer service that should be noticed and he is a asset to Burger King. That guy going somewhere in life I just know it!

This BK location is the best one in the Greater Baltimore region. The management (Adam) is awesome. The store is always clean. The food is prepared and served well. I'd take my wife her for our 50th wedding anniversary!

There is a manager there that is quite the awesome gentleman and knows how to upsell. When the spicy nuggets were a thing he managed to convince me to get them and add ranch sauce to it. I was expecting some average taste of spicy but no. The spice was a just right amount to the breading and the paprika formed an almost Nashville style hot sauce with the savory of the ranch was an assault on my taste buds. That hit harder than a bus running a stop sign in a school zone. To say that was a moment of transcendence for my unexpected taste buds. The only reason I didn't score the atmosphere was because I was in my truck

The ice cream was good as always, and the fries were crispy and very well salted.
