Very nice place for dinner with friendly people. They try their best to enjoy your evening. And the food is good.

Gulla Bar & Restaurant is located at the Beja city swimming pool. You can sit inside in the "sports bar" or on the terrace overlooking the pool. It's a nice place to have lunch or have dinner watching a football game (Euro 2016).They have a variety of snacks such as pizza, burgers, steak and sushi. The pizzas are average. The angus beaf steak and Boomba angus beaf burger with chips are nice. Sushi is said to be very good as well.

The menu offers food from different cuisines, from sushi, to pizza, to steaks, to traditional Alentejo food. In my opinion, it doesn't excel at any.I think it would become a better restaurant if it would focus on a single type of cuisine, and then try to deliver the best possible food. As it is presently, very confusing restaurant, with food being average. In particular, for Alentejo type food there are much better options in Beja.

Very good restaurant in a great place and a fantastic view to the swimming pool.The food was really good coked and tasty- bife a gulla.To drink, the option was a good champagne sangria.My recommendation goes to the staff, educated, friendly but sometimes they are lost in the restaurant.Was necessary talk with 3 to order the food and the staters.Medium price, €20 by person without deserts.Very nice the environment inside the restaurant.Restaurant to return

This is a great spot by the public swimming pool. It has a bar area as well as a restaurant area. Really friendly staff. Food is delicious. The menu is pretty diverse including local fare, pizzas, sushi. Dont let this turn you off. We opted for traditional Portuguese fare. The Alentejo pork with asparagus migas are delicious! Wine as everywhere in Portugal is very affordable. They have indoor and outdoor seating.
