I noticed this hotel on the internet due to the wonderful location. And even if this does not always correspond to reality on the Internet, it has been fully confirmed here. The location of the hotel on the Mosel confirmed what we had hoped to find. Beilstein, the Dornröschen on the Mosel also reflects its charm in this hotel. The 4 days with half board were absolutely successful and the day started well when you could look for breakfast on the Moselle and then finish the evening on the terrace with delicious food and an ICH ZEIT wine. The staff was always friendly, cheerful and always stood by with advice and deed. When others are complaining about what hasn't been around, it's important to me to highlight how much heart blood and humanity is acting and working there. There one still feels seen as a human being and not only as a paying guest- for me a very important criterion in today's time, which is becoming increasingly fast-paced and hectic. The waiter tried to be funny at the reception by just putting my wife. Fun has passed us at the latest when we had to wait for an apple strudel and a goulash soup for 1 hour. At least the coffee was there quickly, but 1 hour before the associated cake .... Conclusion: Do not take too full mouth when the necessary bite is missing.
