I stopped by this evening to pick up a take-out order around 8 p.m. I waited more than 15 minutes in front of the counter (it was only me waiting)... the staff didn't even give me a look or a word telling me to wait. No sense of business.

As part of my lunch break, I came to your establishment which I usually find very pleasant. On the other hand, respect for the customer requires respect for the employee!! A quality service with dynamic, young, valiant but very poorly supervised staff What a pity Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

2nd time I've tried to eat at this chain. The first time my son was 1 and a half years old. I wait a long time before my order is taken, but I'm patient because I know what it's like to work in restaurants. When my turn arrives, the cashier asks the person behind me, who happily walks past me. Today EXACTLY the same thing just happened again, which I find crazy, strange coincidence?. My now 2 year old son was also there. So I left the restaurant, my son in tears in my arms because he didn't understand why I gave him such false hope. My conclusion is this: parents with children, run away. I think the fact that I was completely ignored when taking my order twice in a row has something to do with my son (or the employees are really but really out of place). Obviously a child screams, it's more messy... deplorable mentality.
