Chili's Grill - Bee Cave

Placed a door dash order and the dasher picked up my food and never delivered it to me. Went back and forth with door dash and chilis for 3 hours because door dash didn’t want to take accountability and chilis took care of me refunding me and still made my order for me when i got out of work. took one of the worse food experiences i’ve had to the best. i appreciate them!

Service was poor. Plenty of seats but still had to wait about 10 minutes. Service didn't feel welcoming, friendly, or good at all. Had both bone in and boneless buffalo wild wings and didn't taste good. Fries and chili were extremely salty.

Our food was great, our server was great. There was not someone to greet us and we stood at the front door for a while, until we sat ourselves.

Stopped in to grab some chicken wings to go. The wings were really good! Friendly staff, fast service, all in all a nice experience.

Service was really slow here and they didn't even get our food right.
