Very nice bar, newly furnished with friendly bar staff and good selection of drinks. beautiful outdoor seating. cozy atmosphere

That is a properly working man (or woman) locally. after my first visit, where later the bartender remembered my drink. I was made to feel welcome and really enjoy the atmosphere. people in their work clothes and dirty boots, instead of knocked out for a night. many choice, friendly, more pleasant place for a pint or a cocktail. highly recommended.

Good old fashioned type pub, friendly bar staff, good prices in today's market, the decor was a little dated but only add to the genuine charm of the place. The atmosphere was chilled and relaxed, it was pretty quiet when I visited but people did come and go casual like. Good clean toilets, well the gents were anyway so I can imagine the ladies would reflect the standard. Usual bat games, darts, pool etc. Sport showing on large screen TV, football showing major games on the night. Everything you want out of a traditional pub.
