I went there three times to get orders. All right. The missing star comes from the fact that 2 times out of 3, there were very (very) few salmon in the pok bowl. I had a beef ramen so delicious! The beef is so so tender, and the soup was very tasty. It's like the beef could melt in your mouth! I don't know how Vic made it, but so far this is the best Ramen I've ever tasted. I'm not a fan of ramen but Vic changed that! Vic has a lot more in their menu. You guys have to try this dainty, cozy and excellent place to eat. It's also kid friendly! I look forward to coming back to eat and try the other menus. I recommend Le Bol Chez Vic .
