I have made the great bacon classic this special Wendy's everything was hot and fresh exactly the way I ordered it I had no complaints

This location is short on staff and that's understandable for breakfast time. Problem is... What business turns away business especially when you aren't dealing with customers in the drive thru? Bad business practices went down the road to your competition McDonald's. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast

My son had a gift card and the server told us there was only a $1.89 balance on it. I gave her my bank card and told her to do an inquire on the gift card and let me know what it said before running my bank card. she immediately ran my bank card. I asked for the manager. The manager came to the window and instantly gave me the nastiest attitude I'd ever dealt with in my 53 years of life. Her disposition was so negative, my 14 year old son said he no longer wanted anything. in addition he forfieted the $1.89 on the card because he no longer wants to go to Wendy's that before today was his favorite fast-food restaurant. It's a shame I can't bring myself to give this store in Oakwood Village Ohio one star but I had to in order to post this comment.

The manager was very rude I ask for water she slam cup on my tray her attitude toward me wasn't nice ibwont be going back there no time soon.she was Dark skin lady who took my order she ask was for here or to go i i told her to go than I change my becuz it felt cooler in the restaurant she actually started arguing over me changing my and reconsidering eating in.
