Twisted Root Burger Co. - Bedford

Decent food at reasonable prices. Limited parking which was a bit frustrating. Too many carry out pick up parking which none were in use and not enough dining in parking. Parking: There are limited number of parking spaces and on my visit I had to park in one of the parking spaces designated to carry out pick up parking. I think they should reduce the number of carry out pick up parking to accommodate people dining in.

The avacado was mostly black. The burger was so greasy that the bottom of the bun disintegrated. Could have gotten a better burger from McDonald's.

2 double cheese with bacon .was not the best soggy buns under cooked still pink inside .it was my first time at your restaurant.nd will be last time

Edited: Came in to pick up a order had to wait for the employees to finish their discussion Before I could get my food. Then get home and realize that missing some. What great service? And that is a joke. Then the fried cheese was fried breading as it was over cooked so there was no cheese. Waited for over 2 weeks and no response from management after calling to complain the same day. So if you can’t care about the guest experience why should you still be in business!

Our burgers were delicious!! I got the Big Tex with added garlic mushrooms and my husband got the Western. We both agreed it was worth it!! ?? ?? It was a bit chilly inside, so we sat near the window, they get great evening sun near the bar area, so I didn't need a jacket which is nice to not have to carry around. I hate visiting bathrooms in restaurants, but I needed to wash my hands and I must say I was impressed that it didn't have a bad smell and it felt quite clean! ? Friendly service, great food and great music! Overall great choice for a Tuesday night dinner!!
