As chef sam prepared their courses before them, he chatted with the 17 participants. he also explained the preparation process and answered questions. he was quite entertaining. eating was high quality and gourmet. tod the sommelier was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable, but extremely professional. overall an excellent experience. would be highly recommended to do at least once.

Always a pleasure to dine here this was our 4th time. You are in the heart of the working kitchen, so ambiance is what you would expect for such an environment. Noise level was modest, easily able to have conversation. Food was excellent, the duck breast course was simply outstanding.Wine pairings were perfect. Would definitely recommend we will go back again!
