Treat Street - Bedford

Our experience at this restaurant was cut short when we realized that no one was around to greet us upon arrival. However, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it gave us the opportunity to notice the unsanitary conditions of the establishment. The place was filthy and in a disgusting state.

We ordered from Treat Street through Just Eat on a Sunday evening at 7:45 pm. The estimated delivery time was initially 8:50-9:10 pm, but was then pushed back to 9:10-9:30 pm. After waiting until 9:22 pm with no delivery, we called Treat Street to inquire about our order. The person on the phone said the driver was on the way and would arrive in 5-10 minutes. Despite this assurance, our order still had not arrived after 15 more minutes. We called Treat Street again to inform them that our order was missing and still not delivered. The response was again that it would arrive in 5-10 minutes, but we were concerned about the food arriving cold. When it finally arrived at 9:40 pm, it was lukewarm and missing an item. We called Treat Street again and were given conflicting responses about getting a refund. After some back and forth, we were told the owner would call us back, but we never received a call. The service was disappointing overall, and we suggest that they hire more staff to handle busy periods.

This restaurant has received a 5-star rating for its excellent service, quick delivery, friendly staff, and impressive food. Overall, a very satisfying experience with no long waits. Highly recommended!

AMAZING! Friendly and helpful service, excellent atmosphere and family friendly place. The portion was HUGE, waffle was very light and delicious.

I'd heard good things but was disappointed. The ice creams were okay but the service was slow and the banana in my banana split was rock hard, clearly it had been in the freezer.
