Mcdonalds Restaurants - Bedford

You know they’re having a shocker when you’ve had your McFlurry in the car before the rest of your food comes out Wasn’t worth the wait either Bacon on the burger asked for no bacon... Fries cold and soggy No sauces despite asking Titchy chicken selects Really poor Don’t deserve to stay open Costa from now on

Abserloutly ridiculous ordered food . Called out our number and we got the food . Missing burger and wrong drink type. When we asked a member of staff for our missing items the guy just shrugged his shoulder. We asked another lady and she got the missing items . The next thing is their hygiene. One guy was serving food and hugging/touching his friend without no hand sanitation. Its ridiculous. I get the fact that its busy so monitor your staff while you hire more . Deliveries like uber eats etc is a joke . Staff who were doing the deliveries were rude to the drivers and turned around and said to another member of staff that she dosnt like all the attention on her and rudely spoke rudely to the drivers . It's horrendously disgusting. I hope to think things will change now as the staff there are abserloutly rude and ignorant !!!

It took 1hr to get my order and one of the drinks was messed up and none of the drinks were fizzy and no ice terrible. Do not recommend ! Do not go !

I visited McDonalds on the Interchange Retail Park in Bedford as I was in the area and hungry. There are stations to order your food and pay by card then wait for it to be collected. There were quite a few people waiting for their orders as well as me. I had time to go to the toilet and check my phone before my order was ready. Once it was ready the man who served me apolgised for the delay which was good. The food was tasty.

Since the arrival of uber eats, just eat, etc it now seems to dedicate serving these companies first, drive through next and walk ins and sit downs last. So turning up to sit down, order and 20 minutes later get our food is far from Fast Food. Then the chips were cold, no sauce for the selects, no sauce for the cheese dippers, so cheese and no dippers, big mac salty. All in all awful.
