Nikki Sushi Steak - Beaverton

We have eaten at Nikki's before as it is convenient and the sushi is very good. The place was not crowded, but we quickly learned that the take out business is key for them. Our entrees were the Vegan dragon, Dungeness crab and fantasy roll along with a house salad to share. The salad came out quickly, but had the dressing on while we requested on the side. Being very hungry, we eat it as is. Liz, our server, did apologized and did offer another one though. The rolls were not delivered until after almost 45 minutes. It was obvious that the take out orders took precedence as several other tables waited a very long time for their meals too. I doubt we will be returning as this was such a disappointment.

Their Hibachi shrimp is great but orange chicken not so good. Not much flavor and full of hard pieces in the meat. Wish I had a better experienceFood: 3/5

Excellent place for Japanese food. The hibachi is delicious, and most of the sushi rolls we have tried have been good. One time, there was some tuna that tasted like it had sat out for a bit.Parking: The Progress Ridge Town square has a lot of spaces, but they can fill up fast during rush hour. You will likely be able to find a place it might just be a 1-2 block walk
