Bidra med feedbackGreat conveyor belt sushi place. Happy hour is from 5pm to 9pm and all plates are $1.50 each. The chefs will also make you sushi that's not on the plates at happy hour pricing! The seating is unique, with big cushy benches. The bar stools are also great options as well, since you can order from the chefs and get fresh sushi quicker. The Crunch Spicy California Roll is a great option during happy hour, and it's only $1.50 as well. This has become a very frequent option for eating out, as you can get a lot of plates on a small budget.
Had a nice time at Izakaya. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The chefs made it a point to ask us if we wanted anything to be made from the menu. This was a nice change as usually its the other way around. The level of sushi is so-so as they use a lot of imitation crab and tinned tuna, but saying this they use it well. Don't go there expecting gourmet sushi but if you are in the mood for a quick bite to eat with good service, which is cheaply priced this is definitely the place to go.
I'm not sure what the other poster was talking about with 2-3 dollars per plate, this is like most other track sushi places where it goes from 1.50-3.00 roughly per plate. The employees are always friendly and attentive, the sushi is dam good for track sushi and the decor is sparse but clean. I was only sad when my lunches switched to 10am and they didn't open til noon! : This will always be my go-to sushi in Beaverton.
One of my favorite sushi spots. The sushi is delicious and fresh and the restaurant is nice and clean. The chef and staff are also very friendly. Do yourself a favor and order some Mushroom Bombs. They are DELICIOUS.
Their tempura is so good. Definitely only eating in at Izkaya because they charge for to-go containers if you do take out- which is quite the bummer. But, the sushi is fresh and tastey. I only eat the veggie kinds and they do it right!
