Bidra med feedbackI’ve been going here for 3-4 years now. They have the best coffee beans around and sell them at a very good price given their quality. You can always get fresh roasted beans here, where a lot of coffee shops rely on your ignorance and sell you stale beans. The 2lb bag is a great deal. Much more economical than a Dapper and Wise or Stump Town and the beans are just as good as I’ve had from those more “known” for pdx places. The owner was also super awesome during the early pandemic and let me buy beans when the shop was closed. Also their hats are cool. My only nit pick, having some design and branding experience is that they have too many logos (1 for each coffee line). IMO (which no one asked for), they should streamline around the owl drinking coffee.
Great little coffee shop in Beaverton with plenty of Indoor and outdoor seating. The have lots of milk alternatives and Sugar free flavors. Staff was very friendly.
Stopped by here for a coffee date with a friend over a week ago. I liked how friendly the atmosphere was, especially as there were tons of locally made goodies all around. Apparently most of these items are made by staff? Lots of candles, jewelry, and artwork to appreciate! Ordered a hot dirty chai as my buddy ordered an iced version . We were impressed with how fast the barista was in making both drinks- and they were good! I wish I had taken a photo of the gorgeous chai I had, the barista made a beautiful design with the foam. I get how some reviewers feel like the staff aren't super friendly here- we didn't get a greeting or feel catered to right away. But that's ok! We don't have to have staff put on a show for us right as we enter, that's above and beyond (and sometimes a bit overkill). This place is great for chai lovers and folks who are OK with taking the initiative to get the barista's attention for an order
Update As of March 10, 2022 the decaf is MUCH better Been going here for probably 8 years or so and have loved it. I've gone more infrequently since COVID and recently discovered that at some point they changed their decaf. It's TERRIBLE. The staff seems to know it's terrible too. If you inform them something is weird about it they will give you a knowing smile and tell you its the decaf. I'm not sure why they don't get something different. As I drink exclusively decaf this is a huge bummer. Their food options are great, always fresh and tasty. And their coffee drinks in general are delicious. Just the right amount of flavorings (read: not overly sweet and I love their seasonal options. It used to feel like they were a super expensive fancy place, but the price of all other coffee places has gone up so it's pretty standard now. Overall a fine place, but the decaf is seriously un-drinkable. Flavoring helps a tiny bit, but its still weird an unappetizing. (Something about the weird taste and smell reminds me of chicken broth for some reason??! If you drink regular or tea or just want a snack and a nice place to hang it's great. If you drink decaf do not waste your money.
This place goes by Edge coffee as well though for some reason Google maps refuses to show that. Really good coffee, big, airy spot where you can truly practice social distancing and abundant vegan options for both coffee and food. Must check out spot for coffee lovers.
