Submarine House - Beavercreek

Don’t be in a hurry and beware if you’re doing takeout cause one poor lady who walked in right before us barely got her food when we got our, maybe 30-40 minutes after ordering. While the waiter comped our 1 sammich cause they made it wrong, the price points are still too high when the food takes that long to get out. Fries have good seasoning, the wings were just okay.

The management here is garbage. No leadership. They messed up our order AGAIN. Had it delivered, I guess they switched to Door Dash at some point. I didn't receive all my order. I called the store and was told that it wasn't their problem that I had to call door dash. I didn't order door dash and do not have the app. I will be disputing the charge and will never eat here again. No where that I see that it is delivered by door dash before you pay. So it isn't my responsibility to contact a service I didn't agree to use.

My first and last visit to this place. I placed my order online to be picked up to be eaten at home. The food is way overpriced and disgusting. Had onion rings and fried mushrooms portions were too small and fried in old burnt oil. For meals we had the chicken and cheese quesadillas, kid chicken tenders, and a large cheesesteak. The quesadillas were severely overpriced for the amount received. The chicken tenders didn't make it into the bar and I had to go back to get them. I couldn't believe that I paid 8.50 for a kids meal consisting of one tender and a small piece of another with fries when I ordered applesauce and a small cup of sprite. The cheesesteak was the worst tasting cheesesteak I've ever had and paid twice as much as I've ever paid. The bread was toasted and was only burnt on the top.

Not a place to go on a cold day. Half of the seating is close enough to the door to get a breeze every time the door opens. The food was good and the servers were efficient and nice. Hard to enjoy though when I was FREEZING for most of the meal.

A group of 9 of us came here on the 8th for some drinks after a viewing we attended and received horrible service. They were pretty busy when we first arrived and it took awhile to get our drinks but a lot of us were servers and understood. Eventually out waitress had came by and took our order we received our first rounds of drinks pretty quickly and then we didn’t see her again for about 30 min we went to the bar to order more drinks and the guy said he wasn’t a bartender and couldn’t make drinks we kinda just looked at him like well why are you behind the bar and where is our waitress we decided to go back to our table and wait a little longer and see if she comes back well no surprise she’s still gone and we are looking around finally the guy comes back and tells us she’s been on break…. Well we asked him if he can put in our drink order for us and someone else could possibly make them so he took our drink order and went to the bar we got our drinks about 15 min later from our server who didn’t apologize for not telling us she was going on break or that someone else would be taking care of us this continues on for basically the rest of the night long story short our service was trash and they could definitely do better.
