Chipotle Mexican Grill - Beavercreek

I often go to this chipotle. almost every weekend and last time, the site was closed during business hours with a scientific statement. this has happened several times in the last few months. it is just a little disappointing. food: 3/5

This Chipotle(along with others) has repeatedly messed up my online order. This Chipotle also has the highest prices in the area, and still cannot function properly. It's ridiculous. Hot Head Burritos is an Ohio based chain and never disappoints, so I will take my business to them from here on out.Food: 1/5

The food was good, the line seemed to take forever! there were signs all over that said take out only They were too busy trying to clean the dining area and only 1 person was doing the food line, and it was only 8:30pm on a Tuesday, they 're supposed to be open until 10?!I paid crazy xtra for the Guac which once U got home noted is was totally brownish, not green at all. Work ethic is majorly lacking!! wasted on the brown, nasty GuacToo bad I can 't upload a pic of the brown Guacamole

After doing some shopping at the green Saturday oct 1 my son wanted chipotle. The line was wrapped around the lobby, but the workers were fast and efficient. when it was time for me to order, they were very polite. Every worker was in their own station, making sure everything was stocked and clean. The only problem I had was while waiting in line I noticed the lobby was very dirty and I seen the manager standing there a few times just watching over his employees. once I got to the front to make my order, the manager was still just kind of standing around not doing anything when Clearly the lobby was dirty. I feel like as a manager it’s not only your job to make sure everything run smoothly but also don’t feel like you’re too above your workers to get your hands dirty..get a cloth broom and dust pan and go sweep and wipe being how busy they were and could not get out to the lobby and clean. We got our food AND cleaned off a spot to eat. About 20 minutes later, once the line was clear, the employees immediately came out and started cleaning without being told. VERY GOOD WORKERS! But the manager, Matt needs some work lead by example you’re not too good to clean especially when it’s so busy your employees can’t! LEAD BY EXAMPLE!

This is one of the worst chipotles in the country. I live nearby and on two separate occasions this week I have gone to this location and they closed their doors early without notifying anyone. They lock people out during business hours. One time I walked in and they told me “sorry sir we cannot serve you we currently have too many online orders we are preparing“ and then got standoffish with me.I love chipotle and I go every couple of days, this is the only location that is frustrated me enough with some thing to post it on Google. If I had an easy way to contact corporate I would because it’s entirely unacceptable to close your doors and just stand around inside at 2 PM on a Saturday.
