JaYonna and Tray was very nice and had very good customer service skills.They both helped me download app so I can receive points. Pretzels was nice and fresh

Employees too busy chit chatting to take my order. When they finally do take my order they’re still talking and not paying attention. I asked for a regular pretzel nugget I got a regular pretzel. Worst customer service and food is barely passable.

What a disgusting feeling after this morning at Auntie Anne 's. While the food is always delicious, the workers just suck. This morning the cashier didn 't even greet us, kept talking to other coworkers because that is obviously more important than a customer. Once I asked my question she didn 't even respond... at least she could say okay let me check for you but no, she kept having her casual convo. I placed my order on the app and when I showed to pick it up at the time it was supposed to be ready, they didn 't even know about this order. Gave me excuse that they 're busy all morning, but there was no customers when I came up even. It 's a Monday morning, it is not that busy. Just horrible. I couldn 't wait for another 15-20 minutes, so I just got a refund which is going to take 5-7 days as usual but it just adds to the frustration.

Was having a great time till I got to this place pretzels are nasty cheese isn’t even hot the girl didn’t even fill my lemonade up all the way lol not to mention the girl was very rude won’t be going there again

Way Over priced!! The sign states Pretzel Bundles come with a dip and medium lemonade so I go back up to get my sauce and they tell me I have to pay for the sauce ????. I mean for over 8.00 and you want me to pay a 1.00 for a sauce!! I won 't be a repeat customer to any of their locations
