Mcdonald's - Beaver Dam

I was in Beaver Dam, WI and stopped at McDonalds for a burger and fries. I went through the drive through. I was pleasantly greeted right away, I gave my order and it was repeated back to me, with my total. I was told to pull around to the 2nd window to pay. I was given my food and it was what I ordered. The customer service here was nice, they were friendly, not rushed and they wished me a nice evening. I don't think I was there 4 minutes from start to finish. This is the service we all know and love about McDonalds.

I usually have a good experience with the morning crew here. Today I was there around 7:20 am they had all the lights on but when I tried the drive thru, they said they were closed. Several people behind me were turned away too. Wish they would turn off the menu screen or something next time.

Bathrooms had issues with the water bubbling up out of the men's toilet. Wierd... coffee is good there.

Why does it take 20 minutes to get a soda? Waited for someone to take our order for 10 minutes.

Went inside to order cheeseburger, and it took SO long! There wasn't anyone else ordering at the counter. Drive through is where all the food went
