L'abbaye De Franquevaux - Beauvoisin

We went with friends on July 13th. I left a week before I had messages for the reservation. Never had answers. Because we had dinner and lunch, a few years ago we returned. The lady who served us did a very good job. She served the terrace and the room alone. The entrees were correct, although the chef had cheated on the dishes. But it was fixed. During our main dish it came too much noise from the kitchen. Broken dishes on the ground, curses and cries of people working in the kitchen, even worse like Gordon Ramsey. It was embarrassing and it bothers us a lot. We don't get guests with an outfit like that. The poison (turbot) was too dry /cuit too long time. Our false net: too hard meat and Sichuan pepper sauce: not one piece of pepper. One of our dishes was missing small potatoes. We shared. Ice Desert. Not deserts as offered on the map. Not all wines available as offered in the wine card. Did the chief have a bad day? Still heartless? It was a shame for us and our guests. Toilet not very clean, bad smell. What if we come back? I don't think so. Nice place anyway.

A feast meal of the mothers extremely long, reserved for 12h30 table exit 15h30. An inlet egg that had only the name, a cold goat cheese on a slice of cold bread with 3 salad leaves. A false net requested to point and served cold and too cooked. A tip, if you want to eat quiet reserve inside, you will not have to suffer the go and comes incessant cars on the parking lot.A little more for desserts. No, I'm not going anymore and wouldn't recommend it.

Don't move the restaurant closed its doors...... Waiting for a repreneur. That we will test with pleasure in hope that this restaurant covers one day because the setting is beautiful. Franquevaux is worth the detour of a pass and its arrest because this hamlet reflects the ...cheval camargue in freedom on the banks of the canal. Roses with loss of sight. Bulls...

Having had a very positive first experience, we wanted to repeat this year... It was not the same! Indeed, despite a reservation made weeks before for the meal of the waltz, we found the restaurant quite nicely closed!!! No sign on the door indicating why... No answer to the phone, not even an explanatory message... Down and furious at 10:00! I've been warned that it's changed, not trusting me, I've been there anyway, what a mistake! The advice on the smart kid should have put the chip in my ear! I do not recommend this restaurant... ghost!!!

We booked late and were not disappointed. Very warm interior, friendly service tasty and hearty menu, all for a very correct price. Redo
