What a finding! We're passionate about... music will appeal to us! We enter the course while a fire in the middle of a contemporary musical atmosphere. While we know the old star restaurant, we discover this new bistronomy version. An apéro around a good bottle of white at a price... cannon! The charcuterie board house no less! The reception of the master of the place was delicious! We're going back for our pastries this third weekend in November! Then finally at an undue hour, we come back for dinner! And we're being accepted. On a perfect service without a chichi, a meurette egg, a tare earth and sea (a knife beef and oysters with a knife and a Savigny les Beaune later, the chef gives us a tour of the place and reveals some of his secrets... the homemade charcuterie (yes we buy the whole animals... that we transform on the spot, the vinegars that we have refined ourselves... Do not pass in front without stopping you, whether for dinner or for a good bottle of wine (beautiful cellar... . The leader, who stopped the star race, did well. His bonhomie radiates on his establishment and on his collaborators! Very quickly for another good moment of sharing and conviviality!
