Red robins - Beaumont

I had a meal at this restaurant this afternoon and it was awful. The food was cold and not at all like the description on the menu. The service was also very poor. The place was dirty and I don't think I will be going back to the Red Robe restaurant again.

It is our habit to go out to dinner Friday evenings with as many of the family as we can gather together. On the last occasion we went to Red Robins where eight of us enjoyed a good dinner with great service and relatively goo...ambiance. The group included two children, one of whom has severe allergy problems. These were dealt with buy knowledgable staff and management. We will go again.

I love the meals at Red Robin, I always feel like I'm getting good value and there are usually leftovers. We love to share a milkshake with dinner.

The food was expertly prepared and delicious. Despite the restaurant being crowded, the server greeted us promptly and assured us that he would be with us shortly. The atmosphere was wonderfully inviting, and the staff were exceptionally friendly.

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. It took 15 minutes for a server to acknowledge us, even though the restaurant was only half full. I was about to leave when no one came over in the next 5 minutes. Our table was right next to the kitchen, so there was no excuse for the lack of attention. Additionally, our order was incorrect. On the positive side, the artwork in the restaurant was innovative and unique.
