Buster's Pizza Donair - Beaumont

The pizza is very cheesy, light on sauce. They put the toppings under the cheese. The crust is good, not thick or thin. Donair was very tasty and packed with meat. Wings were pretty good, too. Would definitely order again, but with extra sauce on pizza for my taste.

I ordered two donairs over the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the pita bread was moist and hot! The donair meet was very spicy and tasty. In my opinion this is the best donair restaurant in Beaumont. Also I used their website for delivery, as opposed to skip the dishes, and their delivery time was great and the delivery charge was very little as well. accessing the online ordering form from a computer was more responsive as opposed to the mobile app. That would be my only complaint was the responsiveness of the mobile app. But the tastiness of the donair more than made up for that ordering issue. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Food is quite good. However they need to learn how to use their debit/credit machine. Took 5 tries to get the right amount on the screen to pay. Originally charged me .40 cents then charged me the whole amount of the bill (so I was going to be overcharged) then voided the transaction, tried again 2 more times. Then called me several times after we had picked up our food and were back home claiming that my card was declined and they needed me to pay again. I refused to pay and checked my banking this morning to verify it was charged to my account. Not only was it their mistake, but they tried over charging me and then tried charging me again.. This isn't the first time I've had negative service there (forgetting half my order and then argued with me that I did receive all my order)

This location is fantastic!! Pizza is always perfect, wings are delicious! Donairs are very good! Always make you feel welcome Quality ???? Quantity ???? Hygiene and cleanness ???? the staff are strict on COVID policies as well, which I find re-assuring highly recommended whenever you're looking for a good meal for you, your family and friends : keep up the great work.

Extremely awful experience. Was told to pick up my pizza in 20 minutes and arriving much later to pick it up they told me it was still not ready. They then went on to tell me they screwed up one of the pizzas and if I was willing to take it like that? Absolutely not, so I had to wait another 20 minutes to get the right One made. I then get home to have no sauce tasteless pizza. I would not recommend this place.
