Bidra med feedbackThe other day I went to Panera for the first time and I had a great experience. I was a little nervous since I didn't know how things work there beyond what some family and friends told me. In the end I had a good time enjoying good food and being helped and treated kindly by 2 pink haired women there. I'm particularly thankful with the help figuring out how to connect to the internet. I'll be sure to return in the near future.
I recently did a mobile pick up for a pastry item. I arrived at the store 15 min later around 3pm to pickup and I saw 5 workers and no one approached me at the ordering counter. They have a print out notice saying Mobile orders go to the counter.I saw a lady with short red hair talking to someone in the back, I yelled out excuse me multiple times … for her then just to walk away out of my view of her.Terrible customer service, this store has frustrated me enough! Tables and floors are always dirty.
Service was a bit slow as the only cashier was taking a large and apparently complicated phone order. She did greet us, however, and said she’d be with us as soon as she could be. Another person finally came from the back area and took the order. She entered the order with no problem, but had issues entering the Panera club card and taking payment. She was pleasant during the transaction and asked for assistance as soon as the opportunity arose.The food was ready quickly and was very good. We each ordered sandwiches turkey and Mediterranean vegetable. The iced tea was very good, but the black tea was quite low, so I had to opt for the green tea. I enjoy green tea, and this one was sweetened, which I didn’t anticipate. It was quite good.
I haven't been to Panera Bread in 15 years and I went with my daughter today. I am so very happy with the food and service. I am definitely coming back here for many future trips. The food was amazing. Thank you to the staff for such excellent service. This is a wonderful establishment.
BEWARE: If you use their app to place an order for delivery and they fail to provide all the items you paid for, they will tell you they cannot refund your order unless you drive down there and request a refund. Basically choosing to rob their customers rather than correct their mistake. You're better off driving there yourself to pick up the order so you can verify its correct and fix it right then if it's incorrect.Paid $55 for a Pick Two of a Teriyaki Chicken Bowl with a Salad and a sandwich, including delivery fees and a tip. Salad incorrect (when did they start putting edamame in a Fuji Apple Salad? and sandwich missing. No refund for the missing sandwich. Won't be patronizing this location in the future. Wish I could give them zero stars.
