Moncla's Catering - Beaumont

Monclas has a vending service that is being used at construction sites in the lunch tents. They don't allow cash payments that gives u change back, instead, u have to create an account and keep using your account to use your change for next purchase. I made an account and put in a $20 bill and used $4 of it and should have had 16 for future purchases. But when I went to pay for my food the next day for lunch it said there were no records of me and Monclas stole $16 dollars from me and had no lunch for the day!!!! On top of 110 heat index that day, I was out of lunch for a 12 hr work day. Thanks Monclas vending for ripping g off a hard working construction and leaving me with nothing to drink as well !!!!!

The lady that answered the phone over there today was rude

Vending machine from this company charged for drink that didn't exit machine. Best walking away from any with this company's sticker on it.

I work with some awesome people but could not stay.
