Bidra med feedbackI'm sitting here at 15:53 and no one will answer the drive-thru. I was in the car thru for 10 minutes and I'm the only person here. I didn't pull around the front and can see someone moving around there, but they won't respond to the drive-thru. The funny thing is that this is not the first time that this happened to me. It seems management has no idea what's going on in this store.
Waiting was Ridiculous! But the poor man who worked was working by himself EVERY THING the drive thru to take orders, cook the food and get it out!!! It was hot, fresh and delicious!!! He definitely needs a climb!
1. BAD EXPERIENCE! From AL and we have seen so many places decided to try. Pulled up and it looked closed. Ordered the stack Burger Combo, 4pc Chicken Strip Combo, acidic dough grilled chicken comb. Why did they warm my whole sourdough sandwich? The bread was hard. I had no salad and my tomatoes steamed hot from being heated in the microwave and it wasn't even a full chicken breast. Such a bad experience. I called three times to inform the manager, but no answer and the voicemail was full. I want my money back.
The dinning room is still closed, I think it was long enough. Drive-thru is the only way to get food at College St. location
I'm starting to think Jack in the box in general is the worst of fast food restaurants. The staff they employ are lazy and don't take any pride in their job from workers to management.
