My recent visit to Jack in the Box on i10E left me feeling frustrated. Despite placing my order through the app and clearly indicating my preferences, the execution fell short. My drink had ice despite requesting otherwise, and my tacos arrived with cheese, despite specifying ‘no cheese’. It’s disappointing when simple requests aren’t met, highlighting a lack of attention to detail and consistency in their service. Improvement is needed to ensure customers receive the experience they expect.

Empty drive thru, 3 employees (that I could see); the person that took the order was annoyed I had to look at the menue (not many jack in the box near me in Louisiana, sorry I bored her).The person. Assembling my order went back and forth to the tune of 11 min to assemble a smash burger, chicken wrap and fries. I 'll remind you, I was in the store alone.
