My drink had ice despite requesting otherwise, and my tacos arrived with cheese, despite specifying ‘no cheese’. It’s disappointing when simple requests aren’t met, highlighting a lack of attention to detail and consistency in their service. Improvement is needed to ensure customers receive the experience they expect.
Empty drive thru, 3 employees (that I could see); the person that took the order was annoyed I had to look at the menue (not many jack in the box near me in Louisiana, sorry I bored her).The person. Assembling my order went back and forth to the tune of 11 min to assemble a smash burger, chicken wrap and fries. I 'll remind you, I was in the store alone. Cold fries, sloppy wrap, and a cold burger to top it off.
