Wendy's - Beaufort

Tried getting food. They rejected me telling me their system is down but they were sitting outside doing nothing.

Never have shakes or staff has said that on 4 different

Just left there we waited at the speaker no one answered . Pulled to the window two guys were standing there talking but never came to the window and they seen us. Walked off and still didn’t never come to greet us at the window. Cool if it’s only inside opened that’s fine they should put up a sign up at drive thru. I work in the food industry and this is unacceptable need better management I can come show them how a restaurant should be ran

Inside dining was closed on my lunch visit. UNACCEPTABLE!

I'm not sure what to say about this Wendy's. We have this thing where we go out to eat once a week and my family usually gets Wendy's on Wednesday. The day shift is AMAZING! They get your order in, cooked, packed right, back to you so nice and always so friendly. The night shift is a whole other story! They act like they have no idea what they are doing, half the time the employees are outside smoking so they only take you inside the restaurant, they are always out of ingredients for items, and they never get your order right!!!
