Bidra med feedbackGEM in Beaufort! This is the REAL DEAL for authentic Greek cuisine. The most gracious, warm-hearted mother and sonship. If you go through the door of this unpretentious “taste”, feel like family. This is a small, stone, inconvenient place for solid Greek foods. It is small and quiet inside, ideal for a business lunch or catch up with an old friend. Everything is cooked to so patiently order. The portions are generous and their prices are so reasonable. It is worth the 75-minute drive from Charleston!! I wish I could eat here every day. I can't wait to go back.
Hidden among the trees is a gem. Finally found local Greek food prepared fresh. I had a gyro sandwich with a cup of chicken orzo w/ lemon soup it was delicious. Definitely coming back. Just limited hours 11-3 M-F.
If I could give 6/5 stars, I would! This restaurant is to-die-for fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is also incredibly fun and relaxed. Mama is in the kitchen making the best from-scratch Greek food. I love the gyro, the gyro platter, and the eggplant parmesan. Since it 's a small family-run restaurant, it is not open all the time, and that 's the only negative. But when it is open, it 's always a treat!
Tried this place out with my wife. We were craving Gyros and this place did not disappoint one bit. Food was delicious the gentleman who served us was very kind and friendly. We loved it
The food was absolutely delicious, but I would have liked to see a wider selection of drink options. Nonetheless, this didn't detract from the overall fantastic experience!
