Bidra med feedbackI love Wawa? but I never thought I had to check my soup before I left the store. I literally pay for a bowl of flavor broth. Change the selection of soup to broth if that? reserve! I'm fed with the soup bowls, no matter how big I order. Terrible? absolutely terrible.
I had to check my original 5-star review of this WAWA shop. As a loyal customer of WAWA, whether in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland... even in Florida, if I see a WAWA shop, I can't help but go there because I love WAWA. This WAWA store showed the impatience directly to the customer. Maybe her life or her work did not go well, which led to her impatience. But you can't bring this emotion into the face of customers. As a loyal customer of WAWA for more than ten years, this is the first time I meet such an employee! If Google Map has negative five stars, I will not hesitate to give negative five stars to the employees of this store.
This situation is terrible. If you use DoorDash, avoid this place. The items are never in the bag when the order arrives. It's shameful. I wish DoorDash would cancel this place and use another Wawa because it is temporarily closed to 40.
We went last night at 9:00, and I have to say it makes me want to go back to just this place from now on for a sandwich. I do not order cheese or spreads so that I am always facing the risk of weak sandwiches, but that was definitely not the case. Not only the employee came from behind the Deli to help me figure out how to add more than 3 toppings to my sandwich (while there is not a Hoagie from dome bottom) but he gave me a piece of salad as I asked, and I could taste pickles in every bite.... that, as you know, they actually made a good sandwich and respected my direction lol. Thanks so much rrrrrrrrrrg... *another visit today, order #994 3:57pm Sun 07/10... was everything great except??no bacon or avocado like me paid??? I understand it's hoagie, but there are ways to go out of the product (except to ensure that much more than enough order) and do not offer a refund/payment of the customer and then do not get the goods is no good option. I hope they'll make me a new one for the next time because I haven't given up in this place yet.
Do not order online from here. You have to chase employees down who tell you to go back to the person who sent you to them in the first place and then they tell you they can't leave their station. Total disorganization. Whomever is in charge of fulfilling online orders should be retrained. Order from the Wawa at Rts 71/72. You will get it much sooner.
