The Restaurant at Redstone - Beamsville

What a great idea!! Good way to get people in from the surrounding area for drinks and dinner. Absolutely gorgeous patio and atmosphere. Great wine, great pizza!A suggestion - candles or some form of lighting at the outdoor tables would help. Pretty dark after 8pm. We did have a couple of issues with our wait staff. It seemed like almost everyone who served our table was new and a little unsure of food items or service.

Visited this winery and its restaurant on the August long weekend. My boyfriend and I first did a tasting and can't say that we were wowed by any of them. It seems that maybe they are trying to be more of a mass-market winery than Tawse (who owns them). But then we tried the restaurant and were blown away! We sat on the patio, which had a lovely ambiance. Service was excellent--always there when we needed them. We started with oysters, which were beyond fresh and flavourful. I had the mussels, which were also fresh and juicy, and my boyfriend had the fish and chips, which he also thoroughly enjoyed. I did have their sparkling rose with lunch, which I really loved.I'd really recommend stopping in for meal!

22 of us descended on The Restaurant at Redstone to take advantage of their Tuesday night Pizza and drinks special. It was a beautiful on the patio with great food, wine, beer and friends. The service was amazing specially for the size of our group. Will definitely return.

I would rate the food here a 5/5 for sure! Great flavours, ever changing menu to include local ingredients. The service was horrendous! It took us over 2 hours from being seated to paying our bill and we were there for lunch! Most times we were unable to find our server, and waited over 20 minutes just to GET the bill, then another 15 to pay it. The patio is great, very beautiful and really nice ambiance. Not sure I would return to dine again......only recommend it if you have 3 hours to spare.

Lovely setting! Great wines. Slow service & very average food. My friend enjoyed her mussels, but my hamburger was tasteless. Would try elsewhere.
