Great American diner. Friendly and helpful service. Solid menu. I went for the pancakes with everything on it and it was amazing! Compliments to the chef!

Great food and service. Historic diner with tons of personality and delicious diner fare. The Tuna melt was amazing.

The interior is way too glitzy and homogenized to be called an old school diner. I really enjoyed the Bison Burger and it was big enough to have leftovers the next evening. The potato salad was the blandest and most uninspired I have ever eaten. There was a huge group of raucous diners that kind of ruined the atmosphere and the A/C was cranked up so high, we nearly froze. It seems like everyone who visits Beacon goes here glad I did, too, but I don't need to the next time I visit.

Great food at this quaint, old school diner located in a scenic and busy downtown. Good size portions of classic diner food. I recommend the Gyro Omelette. Variety of pies, cakes, and baked goods to complement your meal. Booths in the dining room and counter seating available. Friendly service from waitstaff and busboys.

Cleanest diner I've ever been to.. and I have 60 years experience! Food was fabulous too!
