Bidra med feedbackIncredibly rude baristas and uneducated staff. I’m a partner at another store location and went in to use my discount, which we are allowed. I told the barista my partner numbers and before I could do anything else such as show my partner card——they asked for my ID. I stated that my ID would not verify anything as the name would not be the same and I was told then they wouldn’t be my numbers. I had my partner card connected to my Starbucks app which I was going to use, but decided against because I wanted to see how the interaction would play out. I had to out myself as transgender for the barista to honor the discount because they did not believe that there was a way to be provided the discount without showing a government issued ID card. This is not policy and has never been policy. Regardless, the amount of disrespect was insane. My name never called out, slammed on the counter and waited over 15 minutes for a single pastry while people who ordered after myself were served——the same pastry. I will not be coming back and will be reporting this incident to partner resources.
This place was crazy busy. i had a bit of a wait on my mobile order. the staff handled the rush flawlessly
Ordered ahead on the app. Was ready quickly and just what I ordered.
The absolute WORST STARBUCKS EVER. Workers are too busy socializing. They whisper ur name with the music loud. Stood there 15 minutes before I had to ask for my order. They had lost the order, then looked at me stupid, like I lost it. NEVER COMING IN AGAIN. Rather drink from anywhere else.
Incredibly slow. Staff actively have conversations and ignoring customers and, 20+ minute wait for them to make a single drink during a non busy time.
