Great customer service and friendly and joyful experience! We won a gift card to go here from the Pinecrest play days and we were serviced with great care for our strawberry Shortcake Sunday! It tasted just as good as it looked! I definitely will be happy to visit here again!

First time trying Græters, people from Cincy believe it is the eighth wonder of the world so I had to see for myself. Came here after eating the cuisine of my forefathers at Texas de Brazil, so I ordered a single scoop of cotton candy in a waffle cone (had to compare to the cotton candy ice cream I grew up with). It was exactly that a single scoop, not a single scoop on top of a filled cone.Staff was courteous, facility was clean. They have ice cream plus chocolaté and drinks. Flavor was good. But overall, it was about typical for an ice cream shop. I wouldn't be opposed to it on a nice summer night. If you're at Pinecrest and looking for your fix, it'll satisfy your sweet tooth. As far as flavor choices, price, and the best ice cream in the world... it ain't Handel's. ?

Seriously? The grab and go freezer cooler is taped shut and a sign to ask associate for assistance. Long line for ice cream and I’m suppose to wait in that to ask them to grab a few pints of ice cream. Not happening. So I helped myself and then got reprimanded by a teenage employee. I’ll stick to Mitchell’s who has a huge cooler full of various sizes of ice cream to choose from (not just pint size) and trust their customers to be able to open a cooler.

Fun flavor selections here! Ice cream portions are large. Enjoyed a blended coffee drink. Great balance of coffee to ice cream. The amount of whipped cream was good too. Not too much or too little of it. The blended coffee drink was smooth too. Just the right thickness.
