Chipotle Mexican Grill - Beachwood

Do not eat at this Chipotle. The staff is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. I waited 45+minutes for a burrito and chips. And as you can see there was no line, it wasn't busy. I understand there are staffing shortages but I believe this restaurant has a lazy staff issue. Go to Woodmere Chipotle. Service: Take out Price per person: $20–30

Horrible! Half the staff were sitting around. They were out of everything. The place was a mess and almost just walked out. The person taking my order was very rude and had a bad attitude. It’s a short girl with dreads! Just ordering wasn’t pleasant! I won’t go back to this one. You never know what someone is already going threw and to just have to deal with bad attitudes is horrible Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
