Dairy Queen - Baytown

One of the best Dairy Queens with a flirt. Texas is one of the last states that actually has Dairy Queens with wasps when you go to Arizona they don't have them just ice cream. The food is always fresh the service is always great the atmosphere is always beautiful, it is not too much illuminated it is always clean including the bathroom. If you need a good fast food bite and just a regular burger, this is the place to go to chain restaurants in Baytown Child-friendliness: Although they have no playground or nothing, it is a large lobby with many ice cream options. And the counters are not too high so that the children can actually look over the counters when they are small to see the menuParking: Parking is very much as they have two lots that was one next to him the older Dairy Queen and the main plot is connected to the building that is the new Dairy Queen that they have built right next to the old accessibility, the rooms are not small as Walmart or McDonaldchair Although there are only two ramps on each side, they are wide enough for a wheelchair and correctly angled where wheelchair assistance is not required if they are able to press their own chair

Dinner was Dairy Queen brilliant. The manager suggested ice cream. She said she had no milk. He said Sucks should be you. Bad service? Or, just a deep love for Dairy Queen ice cream? You decide. Food: 5/5

Worst place ever i refused my order because they charged me more then the advertised price left with no food and the mgr cussed at me and didn't refund my money back on my card as he said he was doing and the main thing is the staff was a little too dirty to serve my food. Day 3 no refund yet for food never received

Staff are very nice in this store. I really enjoy getting my meals and snacks from here. I'm driving from Wallisville, TX that's not far from this place. I have a closer one in Anahuac, but the service and kindness of everyone in this place is not so great. This shop on the main street is special. They treat everyone with a smile and friendly service. That's why I'm driving over 20 miles to get udder from them.

My wife and kids wanted some dq so after i paid for the food and asked for a receipt they over charged so i canceled the order was 61.67 the mgr was so rude i really wanted to grab him by the neck i’m looking at the charge that he said he was refunding he never did he cussed at me and again i told him if he disrespects my wife again we was fighting so he grabs the phone and calls the police never will i go to a dq again accept to go get my money back for food we never received very very very poor customer service from a company that’s been around for ever but now days they let anyone with money buy into big companies really sad.
