Each of the cakes we took was exquisite. An explosion of flavors in the mouth, a real pleasure. We have less appreciated the brioche, the crust a little too big for our taste.

A pleasure for the eyes and the palace. The macarons are simply delicious, the cakes revisited and with an authentic taste and not sweet. When with iced desserts in verrine a moment of pleasure accompanied by natural macarons. For tea the madeleines invite hard our table. I highly recommend

Since the opening, I think I’ve tasted everything I offered around me so that everyone can enjoy it. But where we eat with pleasure the half-spheres of chocolate, it is at the school of the best optical workers of France when I take them and we take our time !!!! We're next to Switzerland. Like every time we come to the region... systematic visit to one of the 3 shops. The first time in Bayonne, then once in Biarritz and from Anglet School Shop. The macarons are not to be missed!... with super perfumes. We also love the Panettone, if you like... it's one of the best!... Don't hesitate if you come back like us, to ask for the loyalty card, I hadn't had it so far... I don't know why, by asking this time again, I got it very voluntarious.
