Carvel - Bayonne

The new owners are so cheap. This is a photo of my medium soft serve. It is supposed to be swirled to the top like every Carvel I?ve ever been too and what is shown in all of the advertisements. Notice how there are barely any sprinkles. I?ve been here 3 times and every time my ice cream is melted and not swirled to the top. It is family owned so they are clearly trying to cut corners on spending money and I never had any problems with the previous owners.

I've been to great carvels who give you proper sized sundaes, this place did not know how to make a sundae and I gave them two tries. They refuse to fill up the ice cream cups. Everyone goes to carvel for a decent sized sundae and you pay for extra toppings. These workers sprinkle, and I mean sprinkle, toppings on. They also do not fill up the cups properly and work extremely slow. It is like the owner instructs the workers to not give out the proper amount and to take their

Waited 10 mins on a line and still ended up leaving with out my order. You would think with so many ppl working a shift they would care to help the one person handling all the orders especially during busy hours. If it's busy your better off getting icecream else where.....

Helped me with a last minute photo print even though they were super busy greatly appreciated....
