We stayed for three nights and four days with my family, but our room was not cleaned for 4 days. We asked them to clean the room by saying that they could not clean the room themselves, but they did not clean it, we skipped the intensity, and we had to stay in the dirty room. Rooms are filthy with insects. Spiders , ants , lizards knee high .. we asked the room to be cleaned when the last centipede entered the room , the owner of the business replied sullenly , the green area was normal . Zero customer satisfaction. Of course, there are insects in green areas, but they can be prevented by cleaning. The food is terrible, it's always the same stuff, it's just home-cooked food, and you can never get enough of it, they fill it so little that when you ask for a second one, you refuse. The only good thing was that it had an indoor pool, but the room is filthy. After five, men enter the pool, the cleanliness of which is dubious. Women enter the pool until five. The minute the women leave, the men fill the door. They enter without being cleaned. Probably the next morning, women enter the same mess again, so before the end of the holiday, all of us are filled with liquid. Although the entrance and exit times of the room were known, they delivered the room at 3:30, even though they knew that I was coming with my disabled brother. The child was devastated by the heat. It is said as a family business in most of the comments for this place, yes, it has not gone beyond the right family business, it is a place that only treats the people it knows properly and never takes into account the satisfaction level of other customers. We went with my friend's advice, but we regretted it and came back. On the day we left, they overestimated what we ate. Know that you ate what you ate so that you know that you did not experience the same thing. It is a pity that it is incapable of even asking a satisfaction question on the last day. I hope they fix all these problems, otherwise it is a place that will continue to serve only those it knows. Not a place I would ever recommend.
