Sarku Japan - Bay Shore

I ordered off doordash just last night around 4pm, At first i thought the food was good, till it was about 11:30pm at night where I started vomiting. I got a bento box. Idk what it could have been. The sushi or the chicken. Maybe even the dumpling. But it is confirmed I have food poisoning. I’ve been throwing up for hours! All day long. Can’t even drink or eat anything. With lots of abdominal pain. Be careful buying from this place.

I just ordered from them for takeout. The plate of food I got was HALF of what I normally get from their stores in the city. I ordered double chicken, it didn't even have the same amount of a normal plate. Not going to place delivery orders from this specific Sarku Japan again.

My original mall food teriyaki chicken. Their competition hounds you from the moment you walk through the entrance. Hey papi come try chicken

I attempted to order chicken and rice with no teriyaki sauce. The man at the cash register was very rude and dismissive. Customer service is extremely poor. I will never spend my money here.

Can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience, food is super tasty. Quickly prepared These are not the friendliest folks but hey that not why your there and everyone can’t be Chic-fil-A and the price is just right.
